Crisis Center specialists of Caritas Zhovkva UGCC continue to actively provide the necessary assistance to vulnerable groups!
Beneficiaries have the opportunity to receive free consultations from a psychologist, lawyer, case managers and crisis counselor. Our specialists work to create a safe and supportive environment for each client. Specialists conduct trainings and seminars to raise awareness of available resources and opportunities, helping those in need to better understand their rights and responsibilities. In addition, the Center’s specialists organize various events and activities aimed at social integration and civic engagement of vulnerable groups.
During the meetings, the specialists are able to better understand the current needs and requests of the clients in order to respond to their needs as effectively as possible. Psychologists help clients cope with stress and anxiety through individual and group sessions. Lawyers advise on legal protection and help with paperwork. Case managers provide an individual approach to each client, helping to find solutions to their problems. In addition, crisis counselors provide support in difficult life situations, helping clients find new resources and opportunities. The specialists of the Crisis Center of Caritas Zhovkva UGCC work to provide comprehensive support and help these people improve their quality of life.
The services are provided as part of the #NIN project with the support of Caritas Österreich and NACHBAR IN NOT. The project aims to provide comprehensive assistance to vulnerable groups, including internally displaced persons, large and low-income families, the elderly, and people with disabilities. Thanks to the support of Caritas Österreich and NACHBAR IN NOT, we are enabling us to expand our services and reach more people in need.
